Welcome to our mobile applications, including Quoted and others we may release. By accessing or using our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the apps.
2. Subscription and Payments
Some features may require in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing or making a purchase, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing displayed.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.
Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance. Refunds are handled solely by the App Store policies.
3. Data Ownership and User Content
You retain ownership of any content or data you create within our apps, such as quote collections and customizations. We do not claim ownership of your content.
4. License and Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps for personal use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute our apps or any part of them.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our apps are provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that the apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Content is provided for general informational or entertainment purposes only.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulldog Ventures NW LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our apps
- Any content or decisions made based on our apps
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any other matter relating to our apps
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 if no payment was made.
7. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device and account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Backing up your data regularly
- Ensuring your use of our apps complies with applicable laws
8. Intellectual Property
All app content, design, logos, and underlying technology are owned by Bulldog Ventures NW LLC. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
